Telkom you can do better!!!!

Worst experience of my live. I've been sent back and forth with canceling my contract yet it was only one phone call to open it. Seems like a nightmare to get refunded. I was charged for a service I was not using for more than a year, this had to be canceled after upgrading to the new one and it was never done. I'm still charged yet I requested to cancel everything. Telkom and it's workers don't care about their customers , they only care about getting our money. I stayed on calls for hours, which is money and never got help with my problem.
