Telkom - you can check out any time you want but you can never leave

Trying for 8 weeks to get my fibre cancelled at Telkom... no luck... emailed and facebook messenger and two posted on HelloPeter.... they told me over the phone it has been processed but the bills keep coming... do yourself a favour just avoid Telkom as a customer.
