Telkom, you are the biggest ******* around

<p>I took out two of your packages. The deal was 5 gb for R99.</p> <p>I put a no spend limit on it. It was never app****.</p> <p>For the first month it was fine, although my usage was high, I was only billed an extra R169 more than usual.</p> <p>I called into your call centre and was told that out of bundle data rates were 2 cents per second.</p> <p>Much to my shock, my first of September bill came to over R800.</p> <p>I called into your call centre and was told that the out of bundle rate is 29 cents per minute.</p> <p>I am appalled by your blatant thievery!!</p> <p>I feel that I shouldn't be made to pay for the extra data used, as I did request a spend limit. I am not prepared to pay the extra money that was used for unauthorized data.</p> <p>I request that you sort this out asap!!!</p>
