Telkom - You Are Really Dissapointing & Will Not Get A Cent

<p>I called your call centre to take out a package for R599 uncapped adsl plus landline and free wifi router included. I did not get the router upon installation, I was told to call telkom. I called telkom and wa stold to go to any telkom store to get a router. Then took time off went to the telkom store, guess what, they dont ahve routers I need to go to a telkom direct store. Why didnt anyone bother to tell me about this. Then I dealt with some guy who made promises but also faile dto deliver. I spoke to him twice trying to get a router and then I just couldnt hold of him anymore ( ********** 021). To date I do not have a router, inspite of this forming part of the deal. I have not been able to to use the service, but guess what I receved a bill for R821 - no where near the amount I agreed to. Guess what I will not pay, for the mere fact that you have not provided me with a service> I would like to remind you of your obligation in terms of the CPA - charging me for a service that YOU FAILED to deliver.
