TELKOM YOU ARE PATHETIC!

We have a business line that has been down since the 2nd of march. We have called endless times to get assistance and have had no result. Due to our phone line just ringing we have now lost business! Telkom how do you suggest we solve this issue if you do not answer our calls and even when escalating the problem 3 times we still have no solution?
