Telkom you are *********** and just useless!!!

<p> </p> <p>After being a loyal Telkom Mobile client for 2 years I asked for my contract to be stopped at the end of August and to please convert my number to pay as you go.</p> <p>Being so *********** they cancelled my number the following day, leaving my number disconnected and me in the dark!! I have waisted an entire day trying to right your wrongs with no luck!! I am still without my cellphone number and I cant be reached by anyone!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>After spending hours at the Telkom store I was told my query will be placed on a Whatsapp group to be resolved!!! I phoned the call centre and was literally told there is nothing they can do but log another call!! It is just so easy not to help a client in need today, no one will take accountability and no one is willing to go out of their way to fix mistakes!!!!!</p> <p>My question to Telkom is why can’t a simple instruction not be followed? Don’t you have systems in place to double check that a simple request is actioned properly??</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom you are quite simply useless!!!!!!!!!</p>
