Telkom you are ***********

So on Saturday 9th February 2019 we saw the Telkom Technician working at the local exchange in my town. Immediately my phone and dsl stopped working. It rings but is going to another house.

Calling Telkom and they say it's a bulk fault. I am so tired of calling twice a day and the same people who have no knowledge of Telekoms give the same answer.

It CANNOT be a bulk fault, it's a local termination issue. There is nothing wrong with the copper from my house to the exchange and the fact that my number now rings down the street is evidence.

I know this is an issue of *******ion. Telkom is not replacing copper. So guys are paying off technicians to do this.
