Telkom, you are impossible!!

<p>My husband and I have been trying to sort out a really minor issue with Telkom for over 2 months now but with no luck. We have been in store numerous times, however they insist the problem should be resolved telephonically. This too has been done several times and has taken many hours out of our busy day. If anyone has ever tried calling Telkom you'll know exactly how time consuming this is. Still, the staff as well the computer system at Telkom seem to be below average, slow and ***********!! Dealing with Telkom has been a real test, it has been painful and gruelling! Telkom, you re sadly lacking as well as your staff! The pavilion branch runs on skeleton staff and no superior/manager so we are stuck with totally thick skulled people who send customers away because they are unable to help. I know I'm not the only one who feels at a total loss with Telkom!</p>
