Telkom you reaping me off. I took a contract on the 23rd May 2019 for R438 and to my surprise on the 20th of June 2019 I was debited R734, when i call them on 180 they say its pro rata. This is ridiculous, your pro rata calculations are ********** and no one advised me of them when I signed contract. I need answers and unfair amount to be reversed. I asked for your complaints contact & I was told I must go complain at where I signed the contract. Your service is very poor & how can such a big company not have complaints department?
