Telkom you are a disgrace

ZERO RATING amanzimtoti branch as *********** as the head office. How hard is it to cancel contractswith telkom.....it has proved to be imposible. The service is shocking and I don't understand how these people are still allowed to operate. I will stop my payments until I get handed over so I get a call back.
