Telkom ***** you

I'm so damn tired with this service. If it's not them tripling cell phone bill ever month. It's no service and 200 messages stating my enter net has been paused. Data rates always changing. But most off what makes me even more angry when I call to get information I get put on hold for days and then they still don't fix my problem every month it's something you with this place. Like this money they decided to ***** me before lock down. And take a huge about off money instead of what it is supposed to be. I worked my but off to make the 1200 to make God damn sure that there will be food in the house for my family but now I can do that because your useless call center can't help my with reversing of the money. They can do that the bank even says call the company and when I do they say we can't help you... I'm so mad right now... EVEN THE DAMN PRESIDENT STATED PLEASE BE REASONABLE ON DEBT COLLECTION.... **** YOU TELKOM YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY STARVED MY DAMN FAMILY.....
