TELKOM YET TO FIX LEANING POLE ON PAVEMENT

I have reported and followed up with a reference number for a leaning pole on my pavement. The pole has telkom telephone lines. I have yet to hear from Telkom about fixing this leaning pole. It is very close to my wall. I have reported this problem over a month ago. I want the leaning pole fixed as soon as possible.<br> To lodge the complain took long enough. The waiting to have it fixed is the most frustrating part as nobody can help.
