Telkom - Yet another Worst of South Africa

Good day Fellow Hello Peter's - Yes I am back and yes its to complain yet again. Telkom is this time the worst service. I have WASPA on my mobile number which means I cannot load any airtime then it disappears. Okay given its probably my fault for saying yes to the wrong S&*# but yet you get no help from telkom. When you call the number provided: 081180 you get sent to a whatsapp chat which is no help. So I decided to go in branch and yet this number is what I should call. I have sent emails and no help. So what must I do now give up my number??? The app is up to no good does not even see I have 2 prepaid accounts with telkom - they cant find any services. yes indeed what great help telkom offers - NOT
