Telkom - yet another ITC ***** up

Seems like Telkom, in their infinite wisdom, has yet again failed to process a cancellation correctly. I've just found out that I've been listed on ITC for a service that I do not even have anymore. Absolutely livid about this!

Telkom, do the right thing. Resolve this issue and send me a settlement letter stating that I do not owe you anything. Get your sh*t in order!
