Telkom yet AGAIN the worst service provider

<p>I published a review on 6 December about the worst service every experienced from Telkom. They rep**** on the same day, saying that they are tending to my problem. Until now, I still am no further than what I was. Is there no way to cancel my services with them?! Surely there should be a way to escalate this?</p>
