Telkom - yes, use them - if you want to end up in a mental institution

If I could rate zero I would. Please, if you value your sanity do not go near Telkom for any service. Non existant customer care, incompetency, the staff couldnt care less about the customer. I am one of the many thousands of customers who have tried to cancel Telkom due to their poor service and its impossible.
