Telkom x AKINGA VSP workings

So this is a love/war relationship with Telkom. On their prepaid side, they are great. Affordable bundles and pretty good connection. Then there is the more dirty side. Their LTE Deals. On the surface they are good, until you realise the odd billing you get. Specifically for Content services. These keep coming and no matter how many times you try cancel, they will be new ones. These come from a provider "AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PTY)". Ive seen service names like "innovative Entertainment" and "Football Tutor".

ive had to cancel an upwards of 11 services. The sim sits in a router. I cant get a clear indication as to how these are subscribed to. More salt to it is that Telkom still bills you. You cancel, but they keep coming back. There are a daily charge of minimum R3 a day. So by the time you see them you could have raked up a good amount.

How are people (me included) being subscribed to these, where are we subscribing? and is there a way to totally block these services? Oh, and getting a refund or them removed from your bill is an impossible task. 3 times this year i have been trying to do so and nothing helps.
