Telkom wrongfully debiting my Bank

I have a LTE sim with Telkom, Telkom was hacked and subscriptions were taken out on my account. Telkom has debited my bank account after i informed them for 3 months. Now telkom has admitted they have ****** my money but cant tell me how much the owe me.
