Telkom wrongfully chargers, which can cost my house
My contract was due for an upgrade in September 2015,cellphone requested was a S6 Edge plus, Call Centre informed me that the phone will be available in October 2015 only. I upgraded through the Call centre but the phone was never delivered to me as they agreed. The wrong phone was delivered after 3 weeks of waiting and they said it would only take 5 to 7 working days. I contacted the Call centre again and they then confirmed that nothing was updated on the system. I went to the Cape Town branch and they confirmed the same thing. I was asked in the store if I want to upgrade there and then and I said yes. A week and a half later another phone was delivered at my house. To prevent transfer penalties I took the phone and later took it back to the store requesting to keep the phone as a possible new contract. It was confirmed that it is acceptable but in December till now amounts of R11 902.00 for migration fees are debited monthly. I've been receiving the run around For almost 3 months, Nobody from te call center or any of the branches can assist me now. All is get for the last 2 months is the case is open and awaiting feedback. Now its possible i will loose my House and sued by ban
