TELKOM - Wrongfully blacklisted

Wrongfully blacklisted. I was blacklisted for an amount of R 183.37 15 months after my account has been closed and I also have a letter from TELkom stating that I have a zero balance. Suddenly this amount appears and I am blacklisted. Nobody returns email and I get reference numbers but no solutions.
