Telkom wrong order

I am soo disappointed with your service first you decided to send my simcard to a wrong address. Then get my simcard deal wrong. I ordered a simcard and router guess what I got a router only. What amI supposed to do with a simcard only. Now they say they can't help me get what I want . I went to the store they are not helping. And now I have to pay to cancel something I did not order. All I want is a simcard with a router or cancel the deal.
