Telkom Wrong Department the whole telkom is a wrong department

My phone was ****** 16 Sept 2023 and i have tried to setup my email on a new phone. I have not changed my password nothing. But are struggling. So i have called all the telkom numbers given to me by one operator to another. Its a month. My emails are still not sorted. No one can assist me. If the phone call dont get dropped i am just informed i reached the wrong department. The whole telkom is the wrong department. And fo messing is also not working
