TELKOM WRONG CLIENTS

We received emails and messages from Telkom every day that we owe money for not paying our Telkom account. We never ever signed a contract with them because for the last 20+ years we deal with Vodacom. We even went to Telkom offices and the people there said we must deal the matter with Head Office. No help from anyone. Please can someone help???? Thank you
