Telkom! Wow (sarcasm)

55 min on hold, 5 calls later during the week and still unresolved. I have not alternative but to drop call after holding for 55 min!

Online order device not delivered only Sim card, best part is Telkom making you feel like you stole the device! When asked to speak to someone more seniors you get told there is no one but can speak to call center supervisor. Now today apparently outstanding bill but debit order off account.

So anyone how do a person actually get help from Telkom!
