Telkom - WORST WIFI AND SERVICE

Telkom are busy putting fibre lines in my area. I am using a router LTE currently which is still copper lines. My router switches off every 30 mins. I am paying almost a R1000 for this service which is absolutely ridiculous.

I went to the Telkom East Rand mall on Friday, they said They can not assit I must go to the big shop.in East gate mall. I went there on Saturday and advised that they are not busy with fibre in my area there is something wrong with my router, I must bring it in to go through a technical assessment to see what the problem is.

This is not my problem to fix, it is not my duty to drive from telkom shop to telkom shop to try and get my WiFi to work.

I have experienced horrible service and refuse to go see another person who wont be of any help.
