telkom worst telecommunications service provider

Since 22 November 2017, my phone lines and internet connection not yet resolved by telkom. Numerous calls and logins was made with telkom but no success. We the community of Lamercy whose phone lines have been damaged by a fallen tree are now fed up and have decided to remove the fallen tree by ourselves. This will be videod and pictures will also be taken. I have decided to get the local CPF and ratepayers and civic association involved in this matter so that this issue is made public through our local media. Telkom refuses to cooperate and they dont have the interests of the citizens at heart.
