TELKOM WORST TELECOMMUNICATIONS EVER

Good Day

Kindly note that I have experienced trouble with Telkom since the beginning of time . My landline is not operational as I am unable to make or receive calls. My wifi has been down for almost a week now with no communication from Telkom regarding the matter . The customer service is disrespectful and disgusting to be quite honest . I have been a loyal customer to Telkom and I am still treated without dignity. Please assist urgently . Thank you
