Telkom worst telecommunication

<p>I have never had such bad,poor non existant customer service in telecommunication company like i'm having now from Telkom ever in my life.<br />Their call center is so useless its frustrating and heartbraking to say the least,their consultants all have different information on one thing <br />@ telkom your ok until you have a querie then your problems starts, no one is accountable to any queries,no feedback provided.<br />They advertise deals and only to fing its a misrepresetation of what you were told and you will see it on your bill .<br />They changed their system and told me it's of no cost to me as client but later you get the bill and <br />your charged for the same thing they said its free.<br />I hate Telkom the sooner i part ways with them the better for me.</p> <p> </p>
