Telkom worst telecom service provider ever.

Worst service ever. Would like to give them 0 stars. They have night surfer data options to use between 00:00 and 07:00. I use the network from 04:00 in the morning and it uses my anytime data. I tried calling theit customer care service and I get a automated call that says " thank you for choosing self help service. We have sent you an sms to assist with the self help service". I called them 9 times now ans still did not receive one sms for the self help service. Tried to connect through whatsapp but still waiting for a response. This is pathetic.
