Telkom Worst Telecom Service Provider

I honestly don't understand what is this cancer that is really decaying our service providers such as Telkom. I have been waiting for my ADSL line order *** since 03/07/2015. Everyday I keep calling Telkom and all they do is keep sending me messages that they have dispatched a technician to my premises and assure me that the technician will come but no one ever shows up. I even went as far as getting a direct contact for one of the technicians that have been \dispatched"to my place to install my line today 05 August 2015 because I know he is not going to come. He simply told me that as a Residential Customer I am the least of his priorities as he needs to attend to Commercial clients first and if I am lucky enough he will come to my place. Its so sad that people are going to get retrenched at Telkom and I can see why"
