Telkom! Worst service provider. Warning. Do not go with telkom

I have tried to contact this idiotic service provider on several occasions regarding my account. Not a single response in a month's time and I have a query on my balance due. It is so pathetic that I can't even get through to the numbers I dial. They just give a person a whatsapp chat but that is so not helpful at all. TELKOM is the worst network to go with
