Telkom worst service provider to paying customers

Telkom is the worst service provider I have ever seen. They are probably so use to all the bad reviews they do not care. I have never skipped a payment. they cut off my service like in a instant, I pay my account per EFT, then I send a email with proof of payment to them, with the ref. no., but they love to cut off my service. This time I paid my account the 26.11.2021 earlier as usual, sent the proof of payment through by mail to ***, my service has been cut off yesterday once again. You can send them mails, hold on for hours while they try to help you, then gets cut off, if you call again same thing of you hold on for so long, you just give up. never ever again will I deal with Telkom again, if someone reads this complaint, please rather go to another cell phone service provider
