TELKOM WORST SERVICE PROVIDER ON THIS PLANET!!!

Hi, i have had telkom for a number of years. Never really great service but its something i come to expect. That been said in this year i have logged four calls and technicians have come out to fix the same problem over and over again. I have a landline and asdl data line. This was recently "fixed" a month ago and now its not working again!!!!!. On top of that i had to take time of work just so their technicians to come in as they dont come in on saturdays. Even calling me whilst i am at work and saying they at the property without making proper arrangements....i could go on to write a book.... bottomline i am sick and tired of there service and pathetic infrustructure...i will definetly cancel. Dear Telkom would like to log a call for the fifth time??? Worst service provider in this country!!!! My number is ********** 380
