TELKOM - WORST SERVICE PROVIDER ON THE PLANET

We were called twice to confirm that a technician will come to activate our our telkom fibre line. Was supposed to pitch up at 9. When I called Telkom to ask where he is, they said they will leave a note. We didn't hear anything from him, and so I called again, only to find out that he's not going to pitch and we have to wait for another call from telkom to reschedule! The worst service providers under the planet. Telkom does not know the meaning of service.
