Telkom Worst Service Provider Of All Time

Telkom is the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my subscription with them last year December already yet they keep debiting my account and will be the sole reason for me now having a bad credit rating because I return the money that does not belong to them. Sort out your problems Telkom and stop *****ing my money. Your company even has the cheek to make a sales call to me yet you can't even confirm my cancellation. Then when I ask this person to confirm my cancellation he tells me that I think its cancelled because I cant see any active products on your name. Then WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING MY MONEY!
