TELKOM -WORST SERVICE PROVIDER-NO DEVICE RECEIVED

I Ordered my LTE over a month ago it was a special R99 p/m and to date I have not received it. I call everyday and hold on the line for like an hour and listen to their call center agents lies telling me that I will get the order next week. When next week comes still no order...When I did the online sale the call center agent did tell my I would receive the LTE within 7 days...Surely there must be some legal bearing for Telkom not delivering as promised. My account has been debited but I still haven't received my device!!!Worst network ever!!!!
