Telkom - Worst Service Provider in the Country & They just don't give a damn!!!!

Telkom words cannot even describe how much I hate this company, you are probably the worst service provider in the country! I can say that I have never ever had a good experience, it has been nothing but painful dealing with ********** No one does their job, they are liers and no one can take responsibility for anything!! Reference no. ********** 83A I have been waiting a whole 2 months for my line to be moved to our new home which is in the same area we were living before. I called a week before we moved which was around the 23rd March!! To notify that we are moving and that a new line must be installed by our new premises. After numerous calls to @Telkom over the past 2 months, fighting and speaking to supervisors, getting miss directed and **** To! Yes, they blatantly **** to me, every time I called to follow up on the progress, I was told that it has been handed over to a technician and that it will be sorted out in the next few days. Basically telling me what I want to hear just to get me off their back. Now, today I went into Telkom again for the 2nd time and still nothing has happened and there is absolutely no progress on my order what so ever!! Telkom has the worst work ethic, they find it okay to lie to their customers! I am extremely ****ed Off! I wish I never had to deal with this pathetic service provider ever again! I work from home and my entire house hold runs off wifi, so this has caused numerous problems for me and has cost a lot money in buying mobile data just to be able to work!! Last week I sat on the phone with a supervisor for an hour explaining my situation and letting her know how unhappy I was ,and that someone needs to take responsibility and action on my matter, but clearly it was just brushed off. Before even getting on the phone with the Supervisor, I was told there was not a supervisor there at the moment. As soon as I asked for a supervisor to call me back and for the name of the person who will be contracting me there was all of a sudden someone available to talk to me!! The supervisors name 'Kaylon' and this person gave me a invalid reference no. IT ********** - Barry Morgan Telkom is an excuse for a company!! I see them adverting their so called amazing deal and services and it makes me sick to my stomach!! I could just vomit! #disgustingservice I think Telkom should first sort out thier customer service before doing anything else!! You guys are just the worst!!!
