Telkom - Worst Service Provider in SA!!!!

App**** for a new contract for a iPhone 16 Pro Max, 2 weeks ago on a Wednesday. All checks were complete, received no email or any confirmation. - Kept following up over the next few days & escalating, then eventually got an sms with tracking details for the courier company, great. I should be getting my device within 3 days or so right? No. - kept following up the whole week, they said my device is still with telkom because they had since changed courier companies and once everything was sorted, it would be sent to the courier. - Followed up this whole week and was told it was escalated again and I would receive my device in the next few days. - Followed up again this morning and they tell me my order was cancelled because they don’t have any stock??????????? WTAF???????? If any of you are planning on purchasing any devices from them I suggest you stay far away. Their customer service is THE worst I have ever experienced
