Telkom -WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN SA

<p>I have logged in a requenst on the 10/9/2015 ( more then 9 months ago), and upto today i havbe no resolution to my problem , the call centre peoplecannot help at all the can only "escelate" the problem which in my eyes does not help abit . I am always told they have tried contacting my but obvisouly you cannot call the sim card in my router and i have provided 4 alternate nubters this is just an excuse for the **** service . i pay every month for a service which does not work most of the time so what am i paying for ? . I will never recommend telkom mobile to anyone and we have 3 contracts with them once they are over definately moving away from telkom !.</p>
