Telkom worst service provider ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are a business and our landline and internet is not working for 3 days now. We cannot take any bookings Went to Telkom in Paarl 4 times they locked the fault 25 times They said telkom will contact us in the next 30 minutes they do but drop the calls every time Telkom is the worst service provider
