Telkom: WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Telkom is a horrible service provider , i have been having internet issues for a month now , no communication , no feedback nothing .They are the worst service provider. they are quick to email the bill and no service on their end , what am i paying for ...for a perceived service and not a real one

till this day i have not had help, feedback or anything . we are paying for pathetic service .... Telkom when are you going to fix my line , this is nonsense now ...fix my line ....
