TELKOM WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

telkom landline aswell as asdl have been down for over a week. everytime we call there are no answers. even telkoms online chat help just closes the chat and never answers the enquiry. yet we must pay extremely high prices but with no assistance i have tried cancelling the line but its like they dont want you to cancel.
