Telkom worst service provider ever

The worst service I have ever received in my life. Ordered internet In May. Waited a month for them to put my line in then was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a username and password two weeks later still have no internet and they still can't tell me why only that they've raised the issue now to f@$$@en India and that I should just be payshint. Going for two months for an internet line. How payshint must I be
