Telkom worst service provider ever

I have data wifi top up contract with Telkom, that I failed to pay for months due to Covid. They have sent NuDebt to call me everyday for payment. On the 1st October I paid the outstanding balance to Nudebt Absa account and my service is being suspended. 08 October went telkom store to follow up. I got a case number for my query but still Nudebt is still requesting more money from me. I regret taking this contract and I want cancel right now
