Telkom Worst service provider EVER!!!!

<p>My telephone line has been out of order since November 2015. It was reported. nothing was done to rectify this problem because the telephone worked intermittently. to date my telephone line is not repaired. I have requested a transfer of my ADS line as well as the telephone line on the 6 th April, I got a reference number. after numerous telephone calls without any results . since the first call was locked I have received 5 more reference numbers</p> <p>every time my order got cancelled. one has no access to a manager or a person that can sort out the problem.. I have explained this problem over and over but still no results. I hope somebody at telkom will be able to assist with this problem . I only need a line to be transfered to another building., on the same premises. but all to no avail.</p>
