TELKOM WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

No Star !!! Worst Service Provider ever! I went to Telkom at Cavendish in Claremont in Cape Town and the service is shocking to say the least. I have been to the same outlet in September 2019 to cancel a landline that is non existent for the past three years. I received a confirmation of the cancellation in 5 different SMS messages with references number to the scheduled cancellation but still receive a bill every month (for a line that doesn't exist!) On approaching the assistant with all the relevant documentation I was adamantly told there is a certain waiting period (3 months) at the most for a cancellation to be finalised. I reminded the assistant of the actual date of cancellation and the fact that almost 6 months past without any success. I was then told to log a complaint at the Help Desk. I stated again the reason why I came to the outlet being a complaint but was told to use the phone.

There is no service to Customers anymore!! They just receive salaries for manning an office!!!
