Telkom worst service provider

<p>Good day. Once again I write a review for our outstanding refund, that is overdue for over a year. I would love to hear the new excuse, as I have been emailing directly to Telkom via Hello Peter, and have had no replies. It the past month,I emailed every week, and still NO JOY. I guess they are the ones who are quick to take the money, but cannot fufil a promise to customer service .... My case # : AI ********** | Case number ********** 5. Lets see if Telkom is still as useless as I have been experiencing for the past year.</p>
