Telkom, worst service provider

After paying Telkom R1186 on the 23d of April 2024 for my monthly bill they deducted R2276 (two months bills) from my bank account on the 25th, only 2 days later, if I call the accounts department they keep on putting the phone down, and I talk nice and softly with them..... My contract will end end of June 2024 and I canceled my contract as I'm going to a different provider. They need to pay me back but refuse to. Telkom can call me on *** to fix this issu otherwise they will force me to co to I.C.A.S.A.
