Telkom worst service provider

I don't even know where to start.

Someone please help or advise I am really annoyed by telkom. Took a contract with them, later couldn't pay so they sent me to some lawyers right.. The lawyers contacted me and told me the amount they wanted paid in full to their lawyers even have proof that I have paid the full amount from their lawyers. P&P Attorneys Tell ***.

According to Telkom they don't work with these attorneys anymore and if they can tell me how is that my problem? As they are the ones that handed me over to them? I am sick of them harassing me for money that I have paid and it keeps going up.. I keep telling them that I have paid in full and sent them the letter that amount has been paid in full but still. These businesses should be looked into, we cannot be their money making making scheme!!!
