Telkom WORST service provider !!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to share my frustration with Telkom. We’ve had a six-month contract with them, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently terrible. The buffering is non-stop, so we can never even finish watching a movie. They’re also often unavailable or offline, which makes it impossible to get proper support when you need it.

Trying to cancel the account has been another struggle. Every time we attempt it, they’re offline and unable to process anything. It’s been an absolute nightmare.

We’ve recently moved premises, and I’ve been requesting to transfer the service for over a month now, but it’s still not done. Every time I reach out, they have different profiles for me, and they’re still offline or unresponsive. It feels like I’m getting nowhere.

At this point, I’d strongly advise anyone to avoid Telcom. It’s honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They are the most frustrating and unreliable service provider in South Africa.

Stay away from them if you value your sanity. Boycott Telcom!
